包容要求应用于被测要素评定方法研究

【摘要】 在零件的设计过程中,对自身形状有精度要求的单一被测要素,往往采用包容要求。用最大实体边界来控制被测要素的实际尺寸和形状误差的综合结果,由尺寸公差和形状公差存在的关联性判定零件合格与否,本文由尺寸公差和形状公差存在的关联性提出了一种新的判定方式。实践证明该方式在理解上更加容易接受,计算上更加简便。

【Abstract】 Tolerance requirement is usually used during the designing of a parts whose single measured element has a precision of their own.The boundary of Maximum Material is used to control the actual size and form error of the single measured element,and the relationship between dimension tolerance and form tolerance is used to determine whether the parts is qualified.A new judgement method is presented from the relationship between dimension tolerance and form tolerance in the paper.It is proved that the independent form judgement method is accepted easily,and what’s more,the judgement method is more convenient in the calculation.
