【Abstract】 The spirit of Chinese university derives from the traditional culture,while the spirit of western university emphasizes on the idea of unversity.Belonging to the metaphysical concepts,both the spirit and the idea have diversities.Vocational colleges should take vision goals and mission and responsibility as core,grasp the key of the idea of running the school of the college collective leadership and regard harmonious environment as the base in order to cultivate the spirit by paying equal attention to humanistic care and professional feelings,developing the cultural spirit and the administration of the country,keeping pace with technology culture and open education.更多还原
