【Abstract】 Rural houses are regarded as small house property because they can not circulate freely,which implies the collective farmers and local government’s interests.In the process of urbanization,local governments and exploitation businessmen are keen to levy and develop farmers’ houses.For the value-added benefits,not only they gain a great benefit,but also some peasants who occupy over an area of the homestead obtain lots of over-compensation.However more collective farmers and most of the collectivity suffer from losing of interests.Therefore,it is indeed speculated how to fairly measure and distribute the increment interest of homestead.更多还原
