【摘要】 目的评价氟化钠治疗烤瓷全冠牙体预备后敏感症的临床疗效。方法自身配对设计,将30例患者的96颗患牙随机分为两组,试验组用氟化钠涂擦处理,对照组用温蒸馏水安慰处理,采用可视分级评价法(visual analog scale,VAS)评价其临床疗效。结果氟化钠治疗后VAS值(3.56±1.56)与治疗前(6.24±1.18)、对照组治疗后(5.86±1.45)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),有效率为84.67%。结论氟化钠可有效缓解活髓牙全冠预备后的牙本质过敏症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of preventing dentine hypersensitiveness by using sodium fluoride on the prepared vital pulp abutment teeth for porcelain-fused-to-metal(PFM).Methods 96 teeth from 30 patients were divided into two groups randomly by self-paired design.Test group was treated with sodium fluoride desensitizer and the other with warm sterile water as control.Visual analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the clinical effect.Results VAS value of the study group(3.56±1.56) was significantly different from that of the contral group(5.86±1.45)and that before treatment(6.24±1.18).The effective rate was 84.67%.Conclusion Dentine hypersensitivity can be effectively improved by sodium fluoride after crown preparation.更多还原
