【摘要】 黑龙江省是我国冰雪资源大省,促进黑龙江省冰雪运动的可持续发展,人才培养是实现这一资源的重中之重。为扩大了冰雪运动的影响,根据黑龙江省冰雪运动的地域性、高投入性、高风险性、市场化发展的前景乐观等现存特点和地理气候优势、社会文化优势、经济发展优势等优势特征,提出冰雪运动发展战略存在问题、工作重心的偏离影响冰雪运动的发展、冰雪运动人才力量还不充足、打造冰雪运动品牌的力度不够等现存问题和改变管理观念,摆正工作重心、加强对冰雪运动相关人员的培养和训练、积极加快冰雪运动产业化进程,塑造品牌形象等应对措施,为黑龙江省冰雪运动的可持续发展提供可靠保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heilongjiang is Chinese major province of ice-snow resources,and the relevant talents development is the top priority of advancing Heilongjiang ice-snow sports sustainable development.In order to enlarge the influence of ice-snow sports,basing on Heilongjiang ice-snow sports actual characteristics of regionalism,high investment and risk,hopeful marketization,its advantaged characteristics of geography and climate,social culture,economic development,the paper indicates the existing issues on ice-snow sports development strategy as follows: the influence of deviated work focus on ice-snow sports development,still insufficient ice-snow sports talents,weak strength of making ice-snow sports brand.For ensuring the sustainable development of Heilongjiang ice-snow sports,it suggests some countermeasures such as changing the management idea,setting work focus right,enhancing the relevant ice-snow sports personnel training,actively advancing the industrialization of ice-snow sports,building the brand image.更多还原
