【摘要】 目的:观察罗格列酮(ROS)对非糖尿病代谢综合征(MS)患者血压的影响。方法:92例MS患者,随机分为A组(n=40)仅予常规治疗、B组(n=52)常规治疗加ROS口服。用药前及用药8周后,测量患者血压,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IRI)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:两组用药前后组内比较,血压、Homa-IRI、TG均下降,ISI、HDL-C均升高。用药后,B组血压、Homa-IRI下降程度较A组明显,ISI升高程度较A组明显。结论:ROS可改善非糖尿病代谢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗状态,增加胰岛素敏感性,并有降低血压的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Rosiglitazone(ROS) on blood pressure in non-diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods: Ninety two cases with MS were randomly divided into A and B groups.40 cases in group A got conventional treatment,while 52 cases in group B received conventional therapy plus ROS.Before and 8 weeks after treatment,blood pressure,Serum total cholesterol(TC),Low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),and triglyceride(TG) were measured.Homeostasis insulin resistance index(Homa-IR),and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were calculated.Results: After treatment,the blood pressure,Homa-IR,and TG significantly decreased,while ISI and HDL-C significantly increased in both groups.But the degrees of variation on Homa-IR and ISI in group B were more obvious than in group A.Conclusion: ROS could improve the state of insulin resistance,increase insulin sensitivity,and decrease blood pressure in non-diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome.更多还原
