【摘要】 从科技期刊编辑应甘当伯乐、善作桥梁、乐做园丁3个方面论述科技期刊编辑在培养科技人才中的作用。认为科技期刊编辑应从编辑工作的角度出发,肩负起培养科技人才的重任。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the sci-tech editors’ roles for culturing sci-tech talents are discussed from three aspects:to be a Bole(a good judge of talent in Chinese legend),a bridge,and a gardener.The paper points out the editors should bear the responsibility of culturing talents during their editing work.
