【摘要】 [目的]观察正骨治疗非化脓性肋软骨炎的临床疗效。[方法]将104例符合诊断标准的非化脓性肋软骨炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组52例应用正骨手法治疗,对照组52例口服美洛昔康片,观察治疗2周后的疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈率为75.00%,总有效率为96.15%,对照组治愈率为38.46%,总有效率为78.85%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]正骨治疗非化脓性肋软骨炎具有较好的疗效,效果优于西药对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of bone-setting on non-suppurative chrondritis of rib.[Method] Randomly divide 52 cases into 2 groups,treatment group 52 cases take bone-setting therapy;other one 52 orally take Meloxican tablets;observe both cure effect after 2w.[Result] In treatment group,cure rate was 75.00%,total effective rate 96.15%;38.46% and 78.85% for other group;the former was markedly better than the latter.[Conclusion] Bone-setting therapy has good cure effect on non-suppurative chondritis of rib,with better result than western medicine.更多还原
