【摘要】 [目的]观察降糖调脂活血汤对2型糖尿病血瘀证患者的疗效。[方法]120例2型糖尿病血瘀证患者随机分为2组,对照组60例按西医综合方案,予以达美康片80mg,2次/d。,治疗组60例在西药基础上加用降糖调脂活血汤,1剂/d,疗程为2个月。[结果]治疗组总有效率为80%,优于对照组的61.7%。与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后FBG、2hPBG、TG、TC、LDL-C、血液流变学指标均明显下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]降糖调脂活血汤能提高疗效,有良好的调脂与改善血液流变学的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the clinical curative effect of Jiangtangtiaozhitang for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus of blood-stasis syndrome.[Method] 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The others were treated with oral JTTZHXT combined with Western medicine therpy,and the latter were simply treated with Western medicine therpy,for 8 weeks.[Result] Total clinical efficacy was 80% in the treatment group,which was evidently higher than that of 61.7% in the control group.They were significantly different compared with the group after treatment in the control group.[Conclusion] JTTZHXT can enhance clinical curative effect,and regulate fat metabolism as well as hemorheological parametes.更多还原
