【摘要】 [目的]观察百合固金汤联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]155例患者随机分为两组,对照组75例予舒利迭气雾剂250/50μg,2次/d吸入,治疗组80例除上述治疗外,同时给予中药百合固金汤加减口服2次/d,连用10d为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程,治疗结束后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组与对照组治疗后疗效有显著差异P<0.05。[结论]百合固金汤联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可明显改善临床症状,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Lily Gujin Decoction and Shulidie Aerosol absorption treating cough variant asthma.[Method] Randomly divide 155 cases into control group(n=75) taking Shulidie Aerosol,and the treatment group(n=80) added with revised Lily Gujin Decoction,both for 2 courses;then observe the cure effect.[Result] There’s marked difference between them.[Conclusion] Lily Gujin Decoction and Shulidie Aerosol absorption in combination can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,with better cure effect than pure western medicine on the said disease.更多还原
