【摘要】 目的:探讨尼莫地平的不良反应。方法:搜集2006年～2010年12月,年龄≤50岁的1级高血压病患者268例,尼莫地平片分别按90mg@d(甲组)、180mg@d(乙组)平均分3次口服,观察8周。每周登记其不良反应。结果:甲组发生不良反应的64例,占甲组病例的47.76%;乙组发生不良反应的113例,占乙组病例的84.33%。一个病例的不良反应可以有0～3项,在≥2项的不良反应病例中,甲组4例,占甲组病例的2.99%;乙组14例,占乙组病例的10.45%。大于1%的不良反应有:面红热175例(65.30%),皮肤瘙痒8例(2.99%),心悸8例(2.99%),腹胀5例(1.87%),肠鸣音减弱5例(1.87%),皮疹4例(1.49%),头痛3例(1.12%),因药物不良反应而中途停药的13例,占4.85%。结论:尼莫地平片的不良反应发生率较高,大多数的不良反应较轻,无严重不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the adverse drug reactions of Nimodipine.Methods:2006-2010,age ≤50 years of a hypertensive patients 268 cases were included,Nimodipine tablet were by 90mg/d(Group A),180mg/d(Group B)at an average of three oral,observation 8 weeks.Weekly register their adverse reactions.Results:Group A adverse reactions occurred in 64 cases,or cases of Group A 47.76%;Group B adverse reactions occurred in 113 cases,accounting for Group B 84.33% of the cases.A case of adverse reactions can be 0-3.More than 1% of adverse reactions are :face red heat in 175例(65.30%),pruritus 8 cases(2.99%),heart palpitations 8 cases(2.99%),abdominal distention 5 cases(1.87%),borborygmi weakened 5 cases(1.87%),skin rash 4 cases(1.49%),headache 3 cases(1.12%).Because of adverse drug reactions and midway withdrawal of 13 cases,accounting for 4.85%.conclusions:Nimodipine adverse reaction rates higher,the majority of adverse reactions lighter.更多还原
