对Pilon骨折个性化手术治疗附19例病例报告

【摘要】 目的:探讨对各型pilon骨折的临床手术治疗方式。方法:自2007年1月～2010年12月来,我院采用手术方法治疗pilon骨折19例。结果:术后16例均获得随访,随访时间4～18个月,平均13个月,临床疗效满意,无切口、伤口感染,无皮肤坏死等严重并发症。参照Mazur踝关节评分分级系统来评价,结果显示优5例,良12例,可2例,总体优良率达约89.4。结论:严重粉碎Pilon骨折的处理比较复杂,我们认为没有单一的方法可以完全适用于此类骨折,处理上考虑个性化的针对性治疗更有优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the various effective operations on pilon fracture treatment Methods Since 2007.1～2010.12,19cases of various Pilon fractures were treated by different kind of surgery.Results All cases were followed up after operation.The following observation time was4～18 months,average 13months.No infections of wound and incision,no skin necrosis complication was found.According to Mazur anklejoint scoring system,The results demonstrated 5 excellent,12 good,2 fair,the excellent and good rate was 89.4%.Conclusion Pilon fracture of the crushingprocessing is more complex.No single method can fully apply,personalized treatment has the edge.更多还原
