【Abstract】 X-ray diffraction obtained by preparation of Sol-Gel membrane showed that with the rises of temperature of heat treatment,the crystallization quality of membrane became higher;the same result was gained by atomic power microscope.And with the rises of temperature of heat treatment,the surface roughness of membrane became increased.更多还原
