盾构隧道施工参数优化与地表沉降控制研究
Reasearch on Shield Tunneling Parameters Optimization and Surface Subsidence Control
【摘要】 城市地铁盾构隧道施工过程中,地表沉降及环境保护问题至关重要,而盾构施工参数与地表沉降有着密切的关系。较为全面的论述了盾构各施工参数理论取值依据,以广州地铁某下穿城市繁忙重要线路工程为实例,通过现场施工监控和信息化施工手段,得到了该段盾构施工的最优施工参数,并且研究提出了控制盾构掌子面、盾体通过和盾尾脱出时三个阶段地表沉降的可行技术工艺,最大程度的实现了地表沉降控制,保护了上覆线路的安全。
【Abstract】 In urban subway shield tunnel construction process,the problems of surface subsidence and the environmental protection are very important,but the shield construction parameters and the surface subsidence have close relationship.This paper comprehensively elaborates the theoretical value of shield construction parameters,takes a Guangzhou subway project beneath the urban busy important lines for example,through on-site construction monitoring and by informationization construction method,the best construction parameter for the shield construction has been obtained,the feasible technical craft of surface subsidence control is suggested for three stages,including control of the shield face,the passing through of shield body and the leaving of shield body,to achieve the greatest degree control of surface subsidence and protection of the overlying duplicate line.
