地下空间资源开发利用适宜性评价模型
Evaluation Model for the Suitability of Underground Space Resources Exploitation and Utilization
【摘要】 地下空间是城市的重要自然资源,其开发利用适宜性评价是编制城市地下空间规划的重要基础条件。主要对其评价模型进行研究,首先基于国内外对地下空间资源开发利用评价模型研究现状,提出了新的评价模型结构———地质评价和建设现状评价模型,并对结构中的各子模型采用层次分析法、专家问卷调查法、最不利等级判别法、排除法等数学方法进行评价,再对这两个模型综合考虑,提出了综合适宜性评价模型,最终建立了一套适用于中国东部沿海地区的地下空间资源开发利用适宜性的评价模型,旨在为后续的地下空间总体规划和详细规划提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Underground space is one of the important natural resources.The evaluation of the suitability of its exploitation and utilization is an important and basic condition for constituting planning of urban underground space development.This paper produces a geotechnical engineering investigation on multi-fountainhead and complex problems of influencing factors of underground space exploitation and utilization both at home and abroad with adopting analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and expert questionnaire survey method.Furthermore,it selects mathematic model of multi-targets linear weighted function method,and sets up evaluation model for the suitability of one city’s underground space exploitation and utilization,and gets the final evaluation figure of the suitability with ArcGIS,for the purpose of providing theoretic warranties for underground space planning.
