【摘要】 新疆米泉某鸭场12日龄雏鸭大量发病死亡,根据临床症状、病理变化、细菌分离鉴定,确诊为鸭大肠杆菌病。对该菌的18种临床常用抗菌药物进行药敏试验,结果表明:头孢唑林、诺氟沙星对分离菌株敏感性最好,抑菌圈直径为20～21 mm;链霉素、恩诺沙星中等敏感;硫酸新霉素低敏感;其余药物不敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 12-day-old ducks in a farm were sick and dead seriously in Miquan of Xinjiang.A strain of bacteria was identified as Escherichia coli according to clinical symptoms,pathological changes and bacteria isolation and identification.Drug-susceptibility test of 18 antibiotics was performed,and the results showed that Escherichia coli was sensitive to cefazolin and norfloxacin,the diameters of inhibition zone were 20~21 mm;middle-sensitive to streptomycin and enrofloxacin,low-sensitive to neomycin sulfate,no-sensitive to the others.更多还原
