地涌金莲组培快繁技术研究

【摘要】 以地涌金莲侧芽为外植体进行快繁技术体系研究,结果表明:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L为最佳诱导培养基,培养30d后的诱导倍数为3.1;增殖培养基以MS+KT 3.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最好,增殖倍数可达4.20;生根诱导最佳培养基为MS+NAA 2.5 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+0.3%活性炭,生根率达100%;组培苗的最佳炼苗基质为苔藓,成活率可达96%。

【Abstract】 Rapid propation technique was researched with lateral buds of Musella lasiocarpa(Franch)C.Y.Wu ex H.W.Li.for explant.The results showed that the optimum induction media were MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,whose induction ratio was 3.1 after training 30 days;The optimum proliferation media were MS+KT 3.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,whose multiple proliferation could reach 4.20;The optimum rooting media were MS+NAA 2.5 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+0.3% activated carbon,whose rooting rate was 100%;The best matrix for seedling growth was moss and the survival rate of seedling in mosses matrix could reach 96%.
