【摘要】 目的观察芙蓉膏对炎症模型动物的抗炎作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀度实验、大鼠角叉菜胶致足趾肿胀度实验、小鼠棉球肉芽肿增生实验观察芙蓉膏的抗炎作用。结果芙蓉膏能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,明显减轻角叉菜胶性致大鼠足跖肿胀度,并具有显著抑制棉球诱发所致小鼠炎症的肉芽增生作用,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),抗炎作用强于阳性药物(金黄散)对照组。结论芙蓉膏外用给药,对急性炎症反应与慢性炎症反应具有明显的抑制作用,说明芙蓉膏具有明显的抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Furong Ointment for inhibiting inflammation in animal model,and provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods The anti-inflammatory action was studied through xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling experiment,carrageena-induced mouse paw swelling experiment and cotton ball-induced granuloma proliferation.Results The Furong Ointment inhibited obviously xylene-induced mouse auricleswelling and carrageena-induced rat paw swelling and the cotton ball-induced granuloma proliferation,there were significant differences compared with the model group(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of the Furong Ointment was better than the positive control group(Jin huang San).Conclusion Fu-rong Paste has a significant anti-inflammatory effect as a drug for external use更多还原
