【摘要】 目的分析高血压脑出血(H ICH)大骨瓣开颅(COC),小骨窗开颅(KHA),微创穿刺引流(GA)的外科治疗方法。方法采用3种手术方式治疗32例高血压脑出血患者。结果 32例患者出院时GOS分级:Ⅰ级4例,Ⅱ级5例,Ⅲ级10例,Ⅳ级5例,Ⅴ级3例,死亡5例。个体化选择治疗方法有利于减少并发症,提高治愈率。结论高血压脑出血外科治疗遵循个体化选择手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare clinical effects of three approaches among conventional open craniotomy(COC),key-hole approach(KHA) and guided aspiration(GA)in neurosurgical management for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 32 patients with HICH were treated by the appraches and the results were compared.Results The decide of treatment of HICH should consider age,personal,consciousness,haemorrhage,and position.Conclusion different approaches of HICH treatment should be chosen according to different individual characteristics.更多还原
