【摘要】 目的评价OUR旋转式头部伽玛刀治疗脑膜瘤的疗效。方法对78例手术后残留或复发并有明确病理诊断的脑膜瘤患者使用OUR旋转式头部伽玛刀治疗。结果 78例均获得2年以上的随访,达到治愈标准的有6例,好转47例,有效22例,无效3例,总有效率96%。结论合理把握适应证,根据患者情况选择恰当的治疗方案和剂量,OUR旋转式头部伽玛刀治疗脑膜瘤能够取得较为理想的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of OUR Rotating Gamma Knife treatment of the head of meningiomas.Methods After using OUR rotating gamma knife treatment of head on 78 patients with meningiomas,78 cases of postoperative residual or recurrent were observed,with clear pathological diagnosis.Results The patients in 78 cases were followed-up,among which 16 patients were cured,37 cases were improved,22 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffectiv,the total effective rate was 96%.Conclusion Reasonable certainty indications,and choosing the right treatment and dose according to the patients,OUR Rotating Gamma Knife treatment of head of meningiomas can lead to ideal results.更多还原
