【摘要】 目的研究安徽省出国劳务人员艾滋病预防知识技能培训效果,探讨适合该人群的健康教育方法。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对2008年～2010年在安徽省国际旅行卫生保健中心办理出国体检手续的出国劳务人员进行艾滋病知识技能培训,在培训前后进行问卷调查,分析比较培训效果。结果 2008～2010年培训前艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别为42.49%、63.52%和73.57%,培训后为91.69%、94.09%、94.74%,培训前,安全套正确使用率分别为61.44%、66.67%和73.33%;培训后分别为91.10%、96.99%和94.67%。差异均有统计学意义。结论对出国劳务人员艾滋病防治知识、法规和技能培训是必要的。针对目标人群开展的培训效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the training effects of knowledge and skills about AIDS prevention for export labors of Anhui province,and explore the method of health education for this population.Methods The training of AIDS knowledge and skills were conducted among export labors who went through exit formalities about the medical examination in Anhui international travel health care center from 2008 to 2010 by using stratified clustered random sampling.Questionnaire-based survey was done before and after training,and the training effects were analyzed and compared.Results From 2008 to 2010,the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge before the training was 42.49%,63.52% and 73.57% respectively,and the rate after training was 91.69%,94.09% and 94.74% respectively.The rate of correct condom using before training was 61.44%,66.67% NS 73.33% respectively,and after training the rate was 91.10%,96.99% and 94.67% respectively.There were significant differences.Conclusion The training of AIDS knowledge,regulations and skills for export labors was necessary.The training for target groups had achieved significant results.更多还原
