【摘要】 目的:探讨高血压性小脑出血的分型及手术治疗策略。方法:回顾性分析28例高血压性小脑出血患者的分型和治疗情况。结果:根据CT表现,中间型7例,外侧型19例,混合型2例。28例急诊手术,21例取得满意疗效。结论:高血压性小脑出血应根据血肿的分型、体积、是否侵犯邻近结构等综合评估手术适应证,早期、有效的后颅窝减压效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore hypertensive cerebellum hemorrhage classification and surgical treatment strategies.Method: Twenty-eight cases with hypertensive cerebellum hemorrhage classification and treatment were retrospective analyzed.Results:According to the CT showed,7 cases were middle-type,19 cases were outboard-type,the other 2 cases were mixed-type.28 cases were emergency operation,and 21 cases with satisfactory results.Conclusion: Hypertensive cerebellum hemorrhage shall be based on the hematoma of type of CT,volume,whether invade neighboring structure to evaluate operated indication,the early,effective posterior fossa reduced pressure is good.更多还原
