【摘要】 [目的]为鉴别芸香科吴茱萸[Fructus rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth]及其变种石虎[E.rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth.var.officinalis(Dode)]提供分类学依据。[方法]利用扫描电子显微镜对吴茱萸及其变种石虎的花粉形态进行了比较研究。[结果]吴茱萸和石虎花粉的形态结构、萌发沟数和表面纹饰基本一致,但萌发沟形态、外壁网眼的深度等有差异。[结论]这些差异可作为区分吴茱萸与石虎的孢粉学分类和品种鉴定依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to provide taxonomic for identifying Eructus rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth and its variety E.rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth.var.officinalis(Dode).[Method] Pollen morphology of wild E.rutaecarpa and E.rutaecarpa var.officinalis was examined by scanning electron microscope.[Result] The pollens of E.rutaecarpa and its variety showed no meaningful difference in shape and structure,the number of germinal furrow and the surface sculptures,but difference in shape of germinal furrow and depth of vein eyelet were detected.[Conclusion] The difference offered an effective identification basis for the distinguish of E.rutaecarpa and its variety.更多还原
