【摘要】 在前期试验中根据中兽医整体观念和辨证论治理论自拟中药处方3个,并从药典查方1个,通过防治人工感染大肠杆菌病的临床效果,获得最佳组方(加味白头翁汤),为了研究加味白头翁汤抗大肠杆菌机理,作了大肠杆菌的药敏试验。观察了黄连、黄芩、大黄、黄柏、穿心莲、苦参、党参、甘草、白头翁、秦皮、木香、石榴皮、黄芪、葛根、车前子、栀子、金银花、诃子、生地、板蓝根等20味中药及其组方的水煎剂对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用。结果表明甘草、石榴皮、黄芩、黄连、大黄、苦参、秦皮对大肠杆菌有明显抑菌作用;由上述药物组成的中药方剂(方1~方4)的体外抑菌作用弱于单味药。更多还原

【Abstract】 In preliminary tests,in accordance with concept of wholism and differentiate treatment in the theory of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine(TCVM),match three Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and one prescription from the side Pharmacopoeia investigation,To compare the clinical results from infecting E.coli ,determine the best prescription(Modified BaiTouWeng decoction ),in order to study the antibacterial principle of Modified BaiTouWeng decoction, proceed drug sensitivity test of E.coli.Observed inhibitory effect of E.coli in vitro of Rhizoma coptidis,Scutellaria,Rheum Officinale,Cortex phellodendri Chinensis,Andrographis paniculata,Sophora flavescens Ait,dangshen,Radix glycyrrhizae,BaiTouWeng,Cortex Fraxini,costusroot,Pomegranate peel,Huangqi,Puerariae Radix,Plantaginis,Gardenia,Honeysuckle,Terminalia chebula Retz,Rehmannia root,Radix Isatidis and prescriptions of the water decoction.The results show that Radix glycyrrhizae,Pomegranate peel,Scutellaria,Rhizoma coptidis,Rheum Officinale,Sophora flavescens Ait,Cortex Fraxini have significant inhibitory effect on E.coli;The Chinese prescription of these drugs (prescription1 to prescription 4) was weaker than single herbs in vitro inhibitory effect.更多还原
