2009年梅州市城区食品化学污染物监测结果分析

【摘要】 目的了解梅州城区食品化学污染物污染的状况,为食品安全工作提供科学依据。方法以梅州城区的各大市场、超市、小食品店及酒店为采样点,选取以本地生产为主,邻近市生产为辅有代表性、典型性、适时性的样品进行相关化学污染物项目检测。结果无国家标准的食品除外,样品中铅合格率为97.73%,汞合格率为96.15%,铝合格率为24.00%,亚硝酸盐合格率为90.00%。结论该次监测的铝项目检测合格率极低,食品中铝污染严重,主要因在食品生产、加工过程中不按相关要求、规范进行操作,监管部门应加强监督监测工作。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the status of food pollution by chemical pollutant in urban Meizhou,and provide scientific evidence for food safety.[Methods]Food samples of local and neighborhood production,with representativeness and typicality,timeliness,collected from markets,supermarkets,small food stores and hotels of urban Meizhou were tested for related chemical pollutants.[Results]Except for the food without national standard,the qualification rate of lead,mercury,aluminum and nitrite was 97.73%,96.15%,24.00%,90.00%,respectively.[Conclusion]The Aluminum qualification rate is extremely low.The severe aluminum pollution on food is mainly due to non-standardized operation in food production and processing.Supervision department should strengthen the supervision and monitoring.
