【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the extraction technology of Huoqi Yishen Granules with ethanol.Methods:The orthogonal design was used to optimize the factors influencing the extractive technique with the content of Astragaloside IV and the yield of extracts as comprehensive evaluation index.Results:The best extraction condition was:extracted with 10,8,8times amount of ethanol,2 hours for 3times with 75% ethanol.Conclusion:This extraction method is stable and feasible,and is suitable for industrialization.更多还原
