【摘要】 目的探讨高剖宫产率的原因,寻找降低剖宫产率的对策。方法对5年来3032例剖宫产病例进行回顾性分析。结果平均剖宫产率为61.36%,社会因素、胎儿因素、妊娠并发症、头盆不称为主要指征的前4位。结论严格掌握剖宫产指征,提高产科医生技术水平,开展产前宣教,加强医患沟通,可以降低剖宫产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the reasons of the high cesarean section rate to reduce cesarean section rate.Methods 3032 cases of cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average cesarean section rate was 61.36%, social factors,fetal factors,pregnancy complications,and cephalopelvic disproportion were former four major indications. Conclusion We should master strictly indications for cesarean section,improve technical level of obstetricians,carry out prenatal missions,and strengthen the physician - patient communication in order to reduce the cesarean section rate.更多还原
