北柴胡花化学成分研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Flowers of Bupleurum chinese
【摘要】 目的:研究北柴胡花的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术进行结构分析鉴定。结果:从北柴胡花中分离得到5个化合物,分别为:8-(3′,6′-二甲氧基)-4,5-环己二烯-(Δ11,12-二氧亚甲基)-稠二氢异香豆素(Ⅰ)、槲皮素(Ⅱ)、芦丁(Ⅲ)、麦角甾醇(Ⅳ)、异鼠李素(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,化合物Ⅳ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective :To study the chemical constituents of the flowers of Bupleurum chinese. Methods :The compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel. Their structures were identified by spectral methods and chemical analysis. Results :Five compounds were isolated and identified as 8-(3’,6’-dimethoxy)-4,5-cyclohexadiene-(Δ11,12-dioxide-methylene)-dense-dihydrogen-isocoumarin(Ⅰ),quercetin(Ⅱ),rutin(Ⅲ),calcifenol(Ⅳ),isorhamnetin(Ⅴ). Conclusion :Compounds Ⅰand Ⅳ are obtained from the genus for the first time. Compound Ⅰ is a new compound.
