猫爪草化学成分研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents from Radix Ranunculi Ternate
【摘要】 目的:研究猫爪草的化学成分。方法:用乙醇提取,硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及ODS柱色谱分离,采用NMR和MS等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别为:phillygenin(Ⅰ)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP,Ⅱ)、正二十一烷酸甲酯(Ⅲ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇和谷甾醇(Ⅴ和Ⅵ)的混合物、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物I~III为首次从毛茛属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Radix Ranunculi Ternate.Methods:The compounds were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.Results:Eight compounds were isolated and identified as phillygenin(Ⅰ),bis-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP,Ⅱ),henicosanoic acid methyl ester(Ⅲ),5-hydroxymethyl-furfural(Ⅳ),mixture of stigmasterol and sitosterol(Ⅴ and Ⅵ),daucosterol(Ⅶ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅲ are isolated from the genus for the first time.
