【摘要】 目的:观察舒血宁注射液联合盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的效果。方法:62例随机分为两组,治疗组32例用盐酸丁咯地尔注射液0.2g加入5%葡萄糖液250mL联合舒血宁注射液15mL加入5%葡萄糖液250mL中静脉滴注,每日1次。对照组用盐酸丁咯地尔注射液加入5%的葡萄糖液250mL静脉滴注,每日1次。两组均治疗15天。结果:治疗组有效率90.6%,对照组76.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液联合盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效明显优于单用盐酸丁咯地尔注射液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect by using combined with Buflomedil hydrochloride injection and simple to use Buflomedil hydrochloride injection in the treatment of vertebral-basilar vertigo.Methods:62 patients were randomLy divided into 2 groups,treatment group(Buflomedil Hydrochloride Injection 0.2g and Shuxuening injection 15m in 5% glucose solution 250mL,intravenous drip once a day) and control group(Buflomedil Hydrochloride Injection in 5% glucose solution 250mL,intravenous drip once a day),a total of 15 days.Results:The effective ratio in treatment group was 90.6%,76.7% in the control group,and there is significantly effect using the Shuxuening injection to treat the vertebral-basilar insufficiency vertigo(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuening Injection combined with Buflomedil Hydrochloride Injection in treatment of vertebral-basilar artery Vertigo had better curative effect than Buflomedil hydrochloride injection only.更多还原
