【摘要】 目的:观察银蒲四逆四妙散治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:治疗组50例用银蒲四逆四妙散内服加外敷下腹部和保留灌肠治疗,对照组40例用红霉素肠溶胶囊口服治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组92.0%、对照组62.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:银蒲四逆四妙散治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yinpu Sini Simiao San on chronic pelvic inflammation.Method: 50 cases were treated with Yinpu Sini Simiao San by oral taking combined with external application on lower abdominal or retention enema as the study group while 40 cases were treated with erythromycin enteric-coated capsules by oral taking as the control group.Result: The total effective rate of the study group was 92.0% while that of the control group was 62.5%.There were significant difference betweent the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Yinpu Sini Simiao San was obvious in treating chronic pelvic inflammation.更多还原
