【Abstract】 The paper discusses the typical price subsidy phenomenon of bilateral market and builds a modeling framework under three market structures:monopoly,closed duopoly and open duopoly. The Nash equilibria are derived and comparisons of the number of platform participants,prices and profits are made between the three regimes before and after the subsidy. It is concluded that subsidy enlarges the scale of platform but reduces its profit,so it functions as a transitional strategy at early development stage of bilateral market.更多还原
