【摘要】 目的把医学生分成12个小组做实验,观察白兔腹部纵切口的两种腹膜缝合法对腹内压骤增的耐受性,为临床防止小儿切口裂开,并减少肠粘连的机会创造良好条件。方法①白兔纵切口的腹膜间断缝合与腹膜间断U型缝合法比较;②小儿腹部纵切口间断U型缝合法的应用。结果①本组数据表明,白兔的两种腹膜缝合法对腹内压骤增的耐受力用配对t检验进行检验(P<0.01);②45例小儿腹部纵切口腹膜采用间断U型缝合法无一例切口裂开。结果①间断式U型缝合法能提高切口对腹内压增加的耐受性,防止小儿切口裂开,增加壁层腹膜的光洁面,减少肠管与切口粘连的机会;②通过实验,提高学生的动手实践的能力,为培养医学生的医学科学研究水平打下良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To divide students into12 groups,to observe two different approach of peritoneum suture to longitudinal abdominal incision,the toleration under the outbreak increasing intraabdominal pressure and the prevention from disruption of wound and the decrease in ankylenteron. Methods Compare interrupted vertical suture with U model suture at rabbit longitudinal abdominal incision. Clinical utilize the U model suture at pedo-longitudinal abdominal incision. Results ①P < 0. 01 with pairing T-test was demonstrated on comparing the toleration under the outbreak increasing intraabdominal pressure at rabbit longitudinal abdominal incision,with two different approach of peritoneum suture. ②None disruption of wound was happen to 45 cases of pedo-longitudinal abdominal incision. Conclusion ①Interrupted U model suture can improve the toleration under the outbreak increasing intraabdominal pressure at longitudinal abdominal incision,prevent disruption of wound,augment visceral peritoneum slickly,and diminish ankylenteron. ②Improving the ability of practical skill and making good basis for medical research for the higher vocational students.更多还原
