【摘要】 目的探讨TNF-a、ICAM-1、IL-5在鼻息肉的发生发展过程中的作用。方法以健康者作对照(对照组),用Ellisa方法检测AR患者治疗前、后血清TNF-a、ICAM-1、IL-5水平。结果鼻息肉患者治疗前血清TNF-a含量较对照组明显升高,差异有显著性;治疗后较治疗前下降,但差异无显著性;鼻息肉患者治疗前血清ICAM-1、IL-5含量较对照组明显升高,差异有显著性;治疗后较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TNF-a、ICAM-1、IL-5在变应性炎症的发生、发展和治疗过程中发挥了重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the role of TNF-a,ICAM-1 and IL-5 in nasal polyps.Methods The serum levels of TNF-a,ICAM-1 and IL-5 in patients with nasal polyps and the health control were detected by ELISA before and after treatment. Results The levels of TNF-a in patients before treatment were significantly higher than that in healthy control. After treatment the levels were decrease,but the difference to before was not significant. The levels of ICAM-1 and IL-5 in patients before treatment were significantly higher than those in healthy control. After treatment the levels were decrease significantly. Conclusion TNF-a,ICAM-1 and IL-5 plays important role in nasal polyps and therapy.更多还原
