【摘要】 目的探讨从肝脾论治小儿霰粒肿。方法从小儿的生理特点、小儿霰粒肿的病因病机、治疗及其与肝脾生理病理关系进行论述。结果小儿脏腑娇嫩、形气未充,具有"肝常有余""脾常不足"的生理特点。脾虚、饮食失节、肝气郁滞,引起脾失健运、肝失疏泄、肝脾不和而致小儿霰粒肿的发生。结论小儿霰粒肿的发病与肝脾的生理病理密切相关,因此从肝脾论治小儿霰粒肿是有据可依的,并具有可行性与必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study on chalazion in children treated according with the liver and spleen.Methods This paper has discussed the physiological characteristics of children,etiology,pathogenesis,treat ment of chalazion in children as well as the relationship between them and physiological,pathological of liver and spleen.Results Children’s viscera are delicate,their physical condition and vitality are insufficient.The liver is often in superabundance,the spleen is often in insufficiency.Spleen deficiency,intemperance of taking food,depression and stagnation of liver qi give rise to dysfunction of spleen in transportation,liver misgoverning free flow of qi,liverspleen disharmony as well as the occurrence of chalazion in children.Conclusion The in cidence of chalazion in children is closely related to physiological,pathological of liver and spleen.Therefore,treatment from liver and spleen on chalazion in children was reasonable,feasible and necessary.更多还原
