【摘要】 目的观察免疫调节治疗对脑性瘫痪的疗效影响。方法将63例脑瘫患儿随机分成对照组和免疫调节组。对照组用传统的方法治疗,免疫调节组在传统治疗方法基础上,加用薄芝糖甙进行免疫调节治疗。治疗前后,两组均检测淋巴细胞亚群和血清免疫球蛋白。结果治疗前免疫调节组和对照组Th/Ts、CD19+B、CD20+B细胞比例均增高,治疗后免疫调节组各项指标与健康组无显著统计学差异,而对照组Th/Ts、CD19+B、CD20+B仍维持较高水平。治疗后3个月评估,免疫调节组和对照组有效率分别为90.48%和85.71%,经χ2检验差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步根据CD19+B的检验值对免疫调节组分为免疫异常组和免疫正常组,免疫异常组的有效率为96.00%,而免疫正常组的有效率为82.35%,经χ2检验差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿存在免疫指标异常,针对可能存在的免疫性神经损害,临床上进行免疫调节治疗,可以进一步改善脑性瘫痪的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of immuno-therapy on children with cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty three children with cerebral palsy were divided randomly into treatment group and control group treated with routine methods.Besides the routine method,immuno-therapy was applied to treatment group.Lymphocyte subsets were determined both pre-therapy and post-therapy.Results Th/Ts,CD19+B,CD20+B were significantly increased in both treatment group and control group before treatment,compared with healthy group.Post-therapy,Th/Ts,CD19+B,CD20+B in treatment group were decreased,but that in control group were still maintained on high level.Three months after therapy,the effective rates in treatment group was 90.48%,in control group 85.71%and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was farther divided into immuno-abnormal group and immuno-normal group,according to the number of CD19+B cell.The effective rates in the immuno-abnormal group was 96.00%,in immuno-normal group,82.35%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Some children with cerebral palsy have immuno-turbulence,and immuno-therapy may enhance the effective rates in these cases.更多还原
