风湿性二尖瓣狭窄合并肺动脉高压68例治疗体会

【摘要】 目的研究风湿性二尖瓣狭窄合并肺动脉高压患者临床特点、围手术期处理及手术疗效。方法回顾性分析68例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄合并肺动脉高压患者临床资料、手术预后情况。结果治愈65例,治愈率为95.6%。晚期死亡4例。结论风湿性二尖瓣狭窄合并肺动脉高压是肺血管长期慢性被动性重建的结果,肺高压是换瓣手术高危因素,但手术疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinic character,perioperative treatment and surgical results with mitral stenosis combine pulmonary hypertension. Methods Clinic data and surgical results were analyzed in 68 cases of rheumatic mitral stenosis associated with pulmonary hypertension. Results 65 cases were cured and the cure rate was 95. 6%. There were 4 cases dead late. Conclusion Pulmonary hypertension secondary to rheumatic mitral stenosis is the result of pulmonary vascular long-term remodeling,and it is highly dangerous factor in the operation,but satisfactory surgical result could be achieved.更多还原
