【摘要】 目的:本文以香椿芽为原料,研究香椿芽中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用碱提酸析法和微波辅助提取法成功地提取了香椿芽中的总黄酮。利用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系为显色剂测定香椿芽中总黄酮的含量。并利用L9(34)正交试验设计,确立了香椿芽中总黄酮的最佳提取条件及其产率。结果:最佳提取工艺为硼砂浓度0.5%,料液比1 g∶40 mL,提取30 min,提取温度60℃。结论:本试验可为香椿进一步研究和资源开发利用提供一定的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Flavonoids were extracted from Toona sinesis successfully.Method:Flavonoids were extract,By using the method of dissolved in alkali and separated out in acid and microwave.All the flavonoids in Toona sinesis were determined by UV-spectrophotometry with rutin as the standard and the quantities of flavonoids component were measured.And use L9(34) orthogonal test design.Result:It showed that the optimum extracting conditions were determined with 0.5%(M /V) Na2B4O7.10 H2O as extractor with the ratio of material to liquid at 1 g∶ 40 mL,and extracting for 30min /time and the separation temperature is 60 ℃.Conclusion:This study provided scientific basis for Toona sinesis,development and utilization of gardenia.更多还原
