【摘要】 目的探讨高州市人民医院住院患者死亡的原因及其变化趋势,为医院管理和卫生行政部门制定相关政策和预防措施提供科学依据。方法收集整理该院2003-2008年住院死亡病案资料3 243例,并进行统计分析。结果高州市人民医院住院病死率有逐年下降的趋势;男性病死率(1.58%)明显高于女性(0.94%);循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒等为该院住院患者死亡的主要病因,构成比分别为26.36%,20.81%,10.11%。结论本文研究结果提示:应加强循环系统疾病、肿瘤等主要死因疾病的防治工作,控制此类疾病的病死率,提高居民的健康水平和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the death causes and the changing trend of the patients hospitalized in Gaozhou People′s Hospital and to provide scientific basis for prevention strategies and hospital management measures.Methods The data of 3 243 dead patients hospitalized in Gaozhou People′s Hospital during 2003-2008 were collected and analyzed.Results The mortality of the inpatients showed a decreasing trend year by year.The mortality for male patients was significantly higher than that of female patients.Circulatory system diseases,tumors,trauma and poisoning were major death causes for the patients.Conclusion Prevention and treatment of circulatory system diseases and tumors should be strengthened to improve the health status and life quality of the patients.更多还原
