【摘要】 目的:探讨Apac新型义齿稳固剂对全口义齿固位力的影响。方法:随机选择20名下颌全口失牙的患者制作全口义齿,采用自身前后对照,用修复体固位力测试仪测定使用新型义齿稳固剂前后固位力的变化,并与国外产品Poligrip S比较。结果:数据统计分析表明,使用Apac新型义齿稳固剂后下颌全口义齿的固位力显著增加(P<0.05),与Poligrip S比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:Apac新型义齿稳固剂能改善全口义齿的固位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate whether the self-made denture adhesive Apac can improve ther etention of full dentures.Methods:20 patients who wore mandibular complete dentures were selected randomly.Their retentive forces with and without denture adhesives including Apac and Poligrip S were investigated by using the stainometer.Results:The statistical analysis revealed that self-made denture adhesive Apac resulted in remarkable difference in the retentive forces before and after use(P<0.05),and there was no statistic difference as compared with Poligrip S(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-made denture adhesive Apac is the same as Poligrip S in improving the retention of the full dentures.更多还原
