【摘要】 我国的临床医学教育以培养临床医师为目标,多注重对医学生的专业素质培养,而对医学伦理、医患关系、社会医学、健康教育等人文素质方面的知识关注度不足,随着医学模式的不断改革与发展,临床医师的人文素养对其医疗行为将显得尤为重要。本文从我国高等医学教育的现状入手,结合泰山医学院在加强医学生人文素质教育的探索,分析了培养医学生人文素质的重要性和基本思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The target of clinical medical education is to cultivate clinical physicians in china,which pays more attention to medical students with professional quality,and few attention to the natural quality education such as medical ethics,patient-physician relationship.With the development of medical model, the natural quality seems particularly important for the clinical physicians during their medical works.With the actual situation of our higher medical education,this article analyzes the importance of quality and the basic idea of enhancing the natural quality education in medical students combining the exploration of Taishan Medical College in this field.更多还原
