【摘要】 为进一步弄清烟草普通花叶病毒病的传毒规律。以烤烟品种K326为材料,对健康烟株以接触接种、磨擦接种、伤口接种、汁液喷施接种等方式进行接种烟草普通花叶病的试验,结果表明:烟草普通花叶病不通过烟叶气孔传毒,而是通过微伤口和大伤口渠道传播病毒,而且病毒入口离生长中心越近,病毒传播表现的速度更快。为烟草普通花叶病的侵染防范提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand epidemic laws of tobacco mosaic virus.The experiment adopt tobacco mosaic virus inoculate health tobacco species K326 in different way.The results indicaltd:Tobacco mosaic virus can not epidemic in gas hole of tobacco leaf.and through microwound and big wound to epidemic virus,moreover tobacco mosaic virus entrance is more nearly to growcentre and it is more epidemiced quickly.The experiment is in order to prevention tobacco mosaic virus invade health tobacco and provide science basis.更多还原
