【摘要】 随着人民生活逐步改善,优质、保健的谷类食品逐渐受到人们的青睐。经过4年试验研究,在86个谷子品种中,选出20个优质品种,进行了田间表现和产量测算,再进行品质有关的重要项目化验检测,最后进行小米汤的品尝鉴定,将这些指标量化用百分制评分法给予各个品种相应的分值,依据分值大小评价各个品种的优劣。用这种首创的量化指标评选优质良种的方法,为本地区选出5个各具特色且具有很大推广潜力优质谷子良种。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of the quality of our life,high-quality,health cereal gradually attracts people’s attention nowadays.Through four years’experiment,20 better quality varieties were selected among 86 millet varieties.Then the 20 varieties were graded according to some quantified items.The items include field performance and yield,quality test and millet soup tasting.This selection method of high-quality varieties was the first used and has selected five characteristic and high-quality millet varieties which have great potential to extend in the local area.更多还原
