【摘要】 采用参与式调查的方法对黑河中游区域的农业用水现状进行了调查。近年来区域农业用水在水利工程建设、管理体制改革、作物种植结构调整、兼顾生态环境用水等方面取得了许多丰硕成果和宝贵经验。利用问题树方法结合半结构访谈结果对区域农业用水水平进行了分析研究,认为流域目前还存在用水结构不合理,用水管理体制不完善,种植结构不合理,土地沙漠化、盐碱化及水污染问题严重等许多亟待解决的问题,并针对区域存在的问题提出重视地面灌溉方式,完善用水管理模式,进一步调整种植结构,发展综合农业节水技术体系,重视雨水利用等解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Current water using situation is being surveyed by means of the participatory rural appraisal(PRA) in the Heihe River Basin.The water using level for agriculture has been enhanced in many scopes in recent years.Great progress has been made in the hydraulic construction,the administration organization reform,and the adjustment of planting structures.At the same time the water consumption for ecology has also been taken into account when the water resources are dispatched to agricture.The water using level for agriculture is analyzed by combinning the problem tree with the results of semi-structure interview.Then it is concluded that it still has many problems concerning water using,imperfect water using management system and unreasonable planting structures.The water is polluted severely and it also suffers serious desertification and salinization.Countermeasures for dealing with these problems are put forword.更多还原
