【摘要】 目的:观察稻花香活力型酒对大鼠肝细胞凋亡及Bax和Bcl-2的影响。方法:将体重相当的Wister大鼠随机分为5组,即稻花香活力型酒高剂量组、中剂量组,普通稻花香酒高剂量组、中剂量组,对照组。每组8只,雌雄各半。每日早上9∶00各实验大鼠经口给药1次(38°稻花香活力型酒高剂量组3.44mL/kg,中剂量组1.72mL/kg;38°稻花香白酒高剂量组3.44mL/kg,中剂量组1.72mL/kg;对照组给予蒸馏水1.72mL/kg),连续45d。末次给药后剖取肝脏,在距肝脏边缘0.5cm处取材,10%甲醛固定,常规脱水,石蜡包埋切片。免疫组化测定肝细胞凋亡及Bax和Bcl-2。结果:与普通稻花香酒组比较,稻花香活力型酒大、中剂量组细胞凋亡指数明显降低,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。稻花香活力型酒各剂量组其Bcl-2在肝细胞的表达均比普通稻花香酒各对应剂量组增强(P<0.05);同时,Bax/Bcl-2的比值也降低。结论:稻花香活力型酒能有效减轻肝细胞凋亡,可能通过作用于Bax和Bcl-2,减轻肝组织损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of riceflower-perfume energyliquor(RPEL) on the hepatocyte apoptosis and Bcl-2/Bax of rats.Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups of high-dose RPEL,medium-dose RPEL,high-dose riceflower-perfume common liquor(RPCL),medium-dose RPCL and control group(n=8 per group).The rats were orally administrated of high-dose RPEL(3.44ml/kg),medium-dose RPEL(1.72ml/kg),high-dose DCL(3.44ml/kg),medium-dose RPCL(1.72ml/kg) at 9 am for 45d,and the control group were orally administrated of distilled water(1.72ml/kg),respectively.Livers were removed after final feeding.Sample parts were drawn at 0.5cm from the edge of liver,fixed with 10% formalin,conventional dehydrated and sliced with paraffin embedment.Hepatocyte apoptosis and Bax/Bcl-2 expression were measured by immunohistochemistry.Results: Indices of hepatocyte apoptosis in high-dose DCL and medium-dose RPEL groups were significantly decreased when compared with the RPCL groups(P<0.05).Expression of Bcl-2 in RPEL groups was increased in comparison with the RPCL groups(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 decreased.Conclusion: RPEL can effectively alleviate the hepatocyte apoptosis,which may act through Bax and Bcl-2 and thereby alleviate the damage of hepatic tissue.更多还原
