【摘要】 目的:评价128排螺旋CT对输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法:40例患者行腹盆部128排螺旋CT非增强扫描,所得原始数据传至VE 36A工作站进行图像重建。结果:40例输尿管成像均清楚地显示输尿管,同时显示结石大小、形状、位置和输尿管梗阻扩张程度及范围。结论:128排螺旋CT扫描速度快、范围大、剂量低、图像清晰,可全面、立体、直观地显示输尿管结石及梗阻扩张的程度,在诊断和鉴别诊断方面具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis value of 128-slice helical CT unenhanced scan for ureterolithiasis.Methods: 40 patients were examined using unenhanced 128-slice helical CT from the top of the kidneys to pubic symphysis.The postprocessing method used in our studies was curved planar reconstruction(CPR).Results:CPR of multislice spiral CT displayed clearly the entire course of ureter in all 40 cases.Sometimes CPR displayed the stone size,shape,location and the obstruction degree of ureter in 40 patients.Conclusion:128-slice helical CT with CPR examination makes it possible todetermine and show the degree of the ureteral calculi and ureteral obstruction and the expanded degree of ureteral block,it has the important value in the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ureterolithiasis.更多还原
