【摘要】 目的:探讨滥用止咳水患者的临床心理特征及防御方式。方法:对170例滥用止咳水患者采用半定式检查法,严格按照遗传学研究用诊断检查问卷内容询问入组患者临床症状,应用防御方式问卷、汉密顿抑郁量表、抑郁自评量表进行评定分析。结果:止咳水滥用组HAMD量表总分和SDS量表总分与对照组比较有显著性差异,HAMD量表分与退缩、躯体化、回避和假性利他呈显著正相关;SDS量表分与退缩躯体化和消耗呈显著正相关。结论:止咳水滥用者更多地采用不成熟型或中间型防御方式来应对生活事件,测定及对其防御方式进行干预,可能会提高心理治疗的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and defense styles in patients with cough medicine abuse.Methods:170 patients who are addicted to cough medicine and 170 normal people are assessments conducted with the DSQ,the HAMD and the SDS.Results: There was significant difference in total score of HAMD and SDS(P﹤0.05).By the DSQ,the cough medicinehe abusers are significantly different from the normal control and the score of Neurotic styles and Immature styles is higher.Conclusions: the cough medicine abusers adopt Neurotic styles and Immature styles,which is needed to measure and treat.更多还原
