不同湍流模型模拟无限空间淹没圆射流的比较分析
Research on Comparison Analysis of Turbulent Models for Simulating Ax-symmetric Submerged Turbulent Gas-jet in Infinite Space
【摘要】 采用计算流体动力学分析软件Fluent,选择标准κ-ε模型、RNGκ-ε模型以及Realizableκ-ε模型,通过改变速度入口边界条件对气体无限空间淹没湍流圆射流进行数值模拟,将6种情况进行比较,且与实测值及理论值进行比较。结果表明,3种湍流模型均不同程度地反映射流规律,其中,标准κ-ε模型的模拟效果最好,且满足指数分布的速度入口边界条件较符合实际情况。
【Abstract】 Fluent,the commercial software of Computational Fluid Dynamics is used to simulate the ax-symmetric submerged turbulent gas-jet in infinite space with three turbulent models—standard κ-ε model,RNG κ-ε model and Realizable κ-ε model by changing the velocity-inlet of boundary conditions,these six results are compared with each other and theoretical analysis and experimental measures.The result indicates that these three turbulent models reflect the rule of jet at different levels,but the simulated results have a little differences with theoretical and experimental value,the standard κ-ε model gets the best result and the second velocity-inlet of boundary condition which met the exponential distribution is in accordance with the reality well.
