【摘要】 目的:了解电针的临床运用情况。方法:采取抽样调查的方法,对北京地区16家医院的针灸科进行问卷调查后,进行统计分析。结果:75.2%的医师调节好电针后,就不再行针;5.3%的医师认为电针能代替行针;54.0%的医师认为电针能部分代替行针;40.7%医师认为电针不能代替行针;对于临床常见病症治疗中,如中风、痿证、痹证、面瘫、肥胖等,有相当比例的医师认为电针可以代替行针。结论:电针在临床的运用情况很普遍,在一定程度上取代了传统行针手法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To get the message of clinic apply on electroacupuncture.Methods: Take sample survey questionary investigation methods to research acupuncture department of 16 hospitals in Beijing,then make statistic analysis.Results: There is 75.2% of clinic doctors who don’t make acu-manipulation after regulating the electroacupuncture;There is 5.3% of clinic doctors who hold that the electroacupuncture can take place of acu-manipulation,there is 54.0% of clinic doctors who hold that the electroacupuncture can partly take place of acu-manipulation,there is 40.7% of clinic doctors who hold that the electroacupuncture can not take place of acu-manipulation;High raio of clinic doctors hold that the electroacupuncture can take place of acu-manipulation in the therapy of common diseases such as stroke,flaccidity syndrome,blockage syndrome,facial paralysis,obesity etc.Conclusion: Electroacupuncture is common used in clinic apply,which has take the place of Traditional acu-manipulation in certain degree.更多还原
