【摘要】 目的探索医院感染在急诊科的隐患与管理。方法对医院急诊科地理环境易污染、急救工作繁忙、急救器械使用率高、器械未能及时有效消毒、医护人员医院感染认知程度偏低等问题进行分析,并采取有效管理及控制措施。结果急诊科医护人员医院感染认知程度提高,手部卫生、急救器械、物品、环境卫生的消毒管理符合医院感染规范。结论加强急诊科医院感染管理与控制,是预防急诊科医院感染发生的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore countermeasures to deal with the existing problems in emergency department.METHODS Worked out effective countermeasure to manage and control nosocomial infection through studying such cases in the emergency department: the environment was easily polluted;emergency work was busy.The first-aid appliance was frequently used but not sterilized effectively in time,low awareness of the medical personnel to nosocomial infection and the effective management and control measures were not taken.RESULTS The health care works had heightened their awareness of nosocomial infection.The first-aid appliance,the articles,hand hygiene and the environment were scientifically sterilized and managed.CONCLUSION Reinforceing the management and the control is the key to prevent nosocomial infection from happening in the emergency department.更多还原
